- Pursue a Growing Relationship with God
- Pursue Jesus outside of Sundays through prayer, reading Scripture, and spending time with other believers. Everything you do flows from your relationship with Jesus.
- Be on Mission
- Arrive promptly and ready to serve. Be focused on others and the task you’re responsible for. Prayer with all volunteers in Big House @ 8:45am every Sunday morning.
- Live with Integrity
- Your life should increasingly reflect Jesus.
- Make it Better
- Look for ways that you can actively improve the way you volunteer and serve. Look for ways you can help make the ministry better.
- Bring a Positive Attitude
- Smile often, build up others with positive words, and serve cheerfully.
- Speak with honor
- Honor others through your speech. Never slander the ministry, a co-worker, or a leader with gossip. If you are not part of the problem or part of the solution, it is wrong for you to talk about or hear about.
- Worship & Serve
- On Sunday mornings, we expect no one to burn themselves out doing ministry. Worship during one service; serve during the other.
Please take note of NTCC policy for recruiting volunteers. The following will need to be done before serving in Children’s Ministry:
- Fill out Children’s Ministry application
- Read & Sign the Volunteer Expectation form
