What Leadership Reveals

In 1 Timothy 3:1–16, we learn that a healthy church is shaped by leaders whose lives increasingly reflect Jesus. Godly leadership requires a tested calling, Christlike character, spiritual maturity, and faithful influence. Leaders must model integrity, humility, self-control, and service because their example helps shape the church. Ultimately, every believer is called to grow in Christlikeness and reflect Jesus through their daily lives. The central question is: If someone examined the DNA of our church and our lives, would they see Jesus?
